STEP 3: YOU'RE READY!Once your month of on-boarding is complete you are now ready to attend group CrossFit classes with confidence. We do not have levels for classes as this training program is universally scaleable.
All MCF coaches are certified and ready to help you navigate classes each day. Don't be afraid to ask questions - they are here for you! |

You set your goals, our coaches make sure you’re training specifically to meet them. This means that it may be a while before you’re able to do the workouts as “prescribed.” We’re not concerned with doing the same thing as everyone else in the class, we’re concerned with helping you reach your specific goals, and to do that your training needs to be tailored to you. It’s our job to help you do that. Regardless of what track you choose, you’re going to be constantly improving which means we have to help you increase the challenge!
