Friday Update 8/30/2019

HOT...GYM HOURS FOR LABOR DAY

Labor Day is coming up, and many of our MCF family will have the day off.  On that day, we too will be changing our schedule.  We will be a combined Bx and Crossfit class at 9am and another at 10am.  MCF will be closing after the 10am class for our coaches and staff to also enjoy the holiday. 

Please join us at 9am or 10am.  If you cannot, we look forward to seeing you on Tuesday. 

2020 Crossfit Open GOES LIVE

The 2020 Crossfit Open registration has gone live.  For those of you that have been tracking the changes of the Crossfit Games season, the Open will begin on October 10, 2019. 

For those that are looking forward to competing in the open, you can go to open.crossfit.com to complete the registration process.  They are also using the hashtag #OPENUP to collect videos of firsts obtained during the open season.  for more information visit their website. 

Reminders...

MCF fitness is continuing to partner with Boxstar Apparel to provide high quality MCF merch.  Our next custom order deadline is the 6th of September 2019.

That is Next Friday.  Go to www.boxstarapparel.com and select the items that you want.  The items will then be printed and sent to MCF for you to enjoy!  We love seeing you around the community in our merch!
