// 1-on-1 Consultation. 
We’ll talk through all of the details of the program with you. 
// (optional) Shop Along. We’ll go to the store with you.
// optional) Food Renovation. We’ll come to your house and talk in detail about how to set yourself up for success with best nutrition practices at home.
// Inbody consultation. We’ll use our InBody 570 professional body analyzer to measure all kinds of details like Body Fat Percentage, Extracellular Water, Lean Mass, Fat Mass, and lots of other things that will help set goals and measure progress.
// A Personalized Nutrition Plan designed with your life in mind. We’ll determine kinds and amounts of food that will help you eat well.
// A detailed Nutrition Guide. We’ll give you a comprehensive list of Better, Good, and Worse foods you can eat that fit the macronutrients you need on a daily basis.

M O N T H L Y:
// Daily nutrition Journal. Record your foods each day.
// Weekly review.  At the end of the week, your coach will provide feedback on your day-to-day eating and give you some tips.
// Monthly InBody consultation. In order to keep accurate track of progress we’ll do one InBody scan and consultation. This will be completed at your monthly check-in
// Coach Q/A access. Through your nutrition journal, you can ask the coach any questions and he’ll get back to you through the app.
// A weekly nutrition lesson. Each week your coach will send out a lesson through email that will help you learn more about how to eat well.

We are a functional fitness facility located in the Lakeway area. Our nutrition coaches, along with others on the team want to help you get into the best shape of your life by taking control of your nutrition.

We believe that health can be divided into 5 factors. Eating, Sleeping, Training, Thinking, and Connecting. While all 5 factors are vitally important, the base of your wellness is built upon your eating (nutrition). Our mission is to help you build a strong base so you can get real results that help you look, feel, and perform better.
